The main production equipment are: 2T, 750KG, 350KG intermediate frequency electric furnace each a set of disappearing mold negative pressure casting system, a set of resin sand treatment production line, 30T, 10T trolley-type resistance heat treatment furnace each a set of 16T, 5T, 3T trolley more than a large 5 throwing head shot blasting machine, etc., the products are mainly roller conveyor, furnace rolls, bimetallic lining, rare earth heat-resistant steel, rare earth wear-resistant alloy pipe, corrosion-resistant alloy steel (stainless steel), and the company has been working on the development of a new process of box collapse, which has been perfected many times and patented. The products are mainly rollers, furnace rolls, bimetal liners, rare earth heat-resistant steel, rare earth wear-resistant alloy tube, corrosion-resistant alloy steel (stainless steel), precision cast steel parts, etc. The annual output of various types of castings is 3000 tons. The measuring equipments include thermometer, rapid CS multi-element analyzer, workpiece surface hardness tester, spectrometer and so on. In addition to the implementation of 5s management, the company has also passed the IS09001 international quality system certification.
