We have formulated a high-strength magnetized coating that effectively eliminates sand erosion and reduces the occurrence of sand holes, greatly improving the product's qualification rate and internal quality. We have also developed a new process to prevent deformation and collapse of large workpieces, which has been granted multiple national patents.
With 68 employees, including 5 technicians with more than ten years of experience, we possess advanced production equipment, such as 2T, 750KG, and 350KG medium frequency furnaces, a lost wax vacuum casting system, a resin sand treatment production line, 30T and 10T car-type resistance heat treatment furnaces, 16T, 5T, and 3T overhead cranes, and multiple large-scale shot blasting machines. Our product range includes roller conveyors, furnace rollers, bimetallic wear plates, rare earth heat-resistant steel, rare earth wear-resistant alloy pipes, corrosion-resistant alloy steel (stainless steel), and precision cast steel parts. We have an annual production capacity of 3,000 tons of various castings.The measuring equipments include temperature measuring instrument, rapid CS multi-element analyzer, workpiece surface hardness tester, spectrometer and so on. In addition to the implementation of 5S management, we has also passed the IS09001 international quality system certification. The whole process of product production tracking, timely grasp of production dynamics, to ensure that the product yield rate, qualified rate.
